Gave Up on Raspberries in a Smaller Vase

I tried putting raspberries in a smaller vase but they never took hold. I replaced them with seedless grapes.

Raspberries need some TLC

The raspberries in late 2025 need some work. We need to clean out some weeds that are taking hold, and remove some dead leaves and raspberries. I missed out on a bunch of them that fruited as late as November.

You need to regularly remove the old stalks once they die off. Interestingly, you can see those that look dead and simply give them a gentle tug. When they're fully done with, they come right out.

Raspberry Bush Starting to Take Hold in 2023

I dug out this whole area to fill with various raspberries. These have typically done well over the years. What's interesting is that these keep producing fruit late into the season. I missed a bunch from October. They do go bad pretty quickly. (When I would buy these from the store I was often disappointed that they were already moldy on the bottom.)
