Persimmon
The persimmon tree has produced well the last few years, almost too good overloading my freezer. It was cut way back in 2025 and didn't yield much then.

These aren't my favorite fruit but when you get this many you've got to learn to love them. We froze many of these and had smoothies with them. Looking forward to trying to juice these in the future.
